Sounds good, though instead of thinking of forcing, is there something you feel like you could easily do m...
Yeah i was too optimistic, tbh. And i forgot all about these rather large plans. I saw my psychiatrist today though. She made some changes. #30 Xanax instead of #15, added Prazosin for PTSD, and i told her I'd like to change my antidepressant Bc I went from 120lbs to 1630lbs in only six months. I don't plan on using that many Xanax during one month but it'll be good to know i have them if i need them or am having a bad month, especially for any anxiety that switching antidepressants might initially cause. I asked about Cymbalta bc it might also reduce my chronic pain and she said the only drawback was that it's hard to come off of. I change my meds as little as possible anyway.

She said the Prazosin is really only good for nightmares, and not flashbacks during the day. does anyone have any experience using Prazosin during the day? Does it help? I'm narcoleptic so i need it for daytime naps anyway bc that's when i have most of my nightmares. Plus, we tend to dream during the day and seem like we're awake anyhow, which is called Automatic Behavior, and we look like we're awake and doing activities but just doing them very poorly. Kinda like wake-sleeping!
