So sorry this happened to you. Cry as much as you need to and don't feel bad about it. I can't cry. I wish I could! Tears are a way of relief. Please get into therapy with a woman. That should help. You are right, some men don't understand these things well enough to be a therapist to someone who has gone through what you have. I hope you get better.
