My CPTSD has become chronic and complex (per physicians and hospitalizations) over the years but I keep getting up and refuse to quit. I guess that’s the secret.

Emotional neglect played a huge part in my developing any good self-esteem so I understand the void that seems to never go completely away.

Therapy is my weapon against all the thoughts and feelings that overwhelm me at time. Without therapy, I would not be as healed as I am. Without a doubt.
