I can’t sleep either. I can help u in understanding your pain, I just started crying cause work tomorrow and I can already tell I won’t fall asleep. If u have NyQuil take a small amount maybe or gravol, I’m on prescription sleeping pills and still can’t. Try to figure out why u can’t sleep, if it’s something physical like pain or you’re hot then u can try remedies for that, anxiety or stress idk that’s a tough one, reading a difficult book that is also interesting helps me sometimes, homers odyssey worked for me last time! Btw it’s right around the wolf super moon this night, I’m majorly affected by full moons, I joke that I’m a werewolf, but for real ask a nurse or er doctor ppl go a little loony.
