Hi, just joined in desperation for how I’m feeling…. again.
Always felt abandoned, not worthy, never good enough and have been told these things my whole life. Going through huge stress again and can’t cope. Horrible abusive marriage for a long time, left 4 years ago. Feeling abandoned again.
