I am very greatful to have found your forum. Reading many of your stories has made me feel less alone and I find the courage that you have to write here inspiring!

I was sexually abused by my brother for 4 years and it started when I was 10 /11. Ten years later I have started on my journey of recovery. I have been seeing my therapist for a year now and we only just started talking about the details of what happened. I still haven't told my parents...How do you tell a parent that one of the children they love so dearly did that to another of their children?
