New here/question

Hello,
I am new to this online support community. I am the parent to an adult son who has a diagnosis of CPTSD as a result of having been sexually abused by two of his family members.
Is this the appropriate place for me to post for purpose of suggestions and thoughts from others who have been or are going through similar experiences?

If not I apologize-I am still trying to understand how his this site works.
