Hi, I am new here. I have been diagnosed with PTSD about 4 years ago. I think I need support badly. A very long time ago I was a victim of sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect. Members of my family were responsible for this. I am hoping to connect with all of you. My hope is for that all of us can heal and help each other.

Thank you so much! I often feel alone even when I am around people. I tend to isolate a lot. It is my coping mechanism although I know it's not helpful.
