Hi to everyone. I am brand new to this whole PTSD stuff. I have had developmental trauma and always knew that but just now seeking help. I am glad to find a place online that I can go to when I am not in IOP or individual therapy. I'm gonna get through this come hell or high water. Tired and exhausted from being broken for over 40 years I am ready to live a new life.
