I'm new to this forum, and also live in NJ.. Morris County.
I have C-PTSD and DID. I am a survivor of physical, emotional and intellectual child abuse. I am looking for a give and take of support and a place to vent, as well as listen. I currently attend a support group in Teaneck for Adult Survivors of Child Abuse, but I need someplace to go between, theapy visits and support group visits.

I'm sort of new here, been around a while but never really posted anything..
I'm from ocean county, NJ.. I dont really have a ptsd necessarily (well.. sort of do.. mine isn't from an event though, it's more of like a paranoia of being alone since I spent 90% of my life alone.. so more like a phobia I guess), but I've been close to a few people over the years who had PTSD and C-PTSD and am no strangers to all the various side effects and conditions that go along with them. I'm always looking for new people to talk to, maybe to share some things that can help, maybe just to gain a new friend.. Either way I'd love to listen :)
