Good morning

I am thrilled to view the video about, "why good grammer?" I didn't understand until today why run-on threads without punctuation are so difficult for me to even look at. I've learned something all ready!

Looking forward to sharing and learning here, supporting each other. I started EMDR last summer, but ran out of money. Am going to go back in the spring, if that ever arrives.

I'll post my story later, thank you for this forum and I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Ha! Thanks, all though thankfully I do not have insomnia. Wait. That would be better than being exhausted, as I am now, and having to get up at freaking 3:30 am every day.I"m suppose to be working, but was obsessing about and researching secondary wounding and found this wonderful place.

I can sleep all right. Oh yes, when allowed, I can sleep.
