I have amended the page structure slightly within the welcome category, being I have removed the page for account upgrades and private forum access (still exists and is linked to new page for existing pasted links in posts) and instead created a new member page, which contains everything outside of the rules and legal policy, all in one place.
If members or staff have anything they believe should be covered, which the forum normally encounters from new members typically, then please advise me in response here, or staff in the staff area if you want to privately discuss.
I keep the rules simple, which is why such information is not within them... the legal policy is kept legally intact, and cluttering it with non-legal matters detracts its purpose.
Any point you want added to the new page, please tell and I will review the topic.
The idea is that all staff and members can quickly have one page, not stickies and such spread around, to point any member to with one link in a response, where the answer is covered for majority issues, otherwise referred to the help desk forum.
