I just found this forum and have been reading through posts for a few days. It feels like a relief to have so much to read that sounds like me. There is so much here that I relate to. I have already made some connections about my PTSD that I didn't realize before.

- The "Dragon Brain" article; I like the description of how the PTSD sufferer is so keen on reading other people and the fact that our anger goes from zero to 60 in much less time than the average dude.
- A few posts that mentioned loud noises; I have been able to realize that it is sudden loud noises that can send me into an episode.
- A post that referred to PTSD as an injury. This helps me remember that it is not my fault that I have these problems.
