New to fourm

Hello everyone,

Just want to introduce myself. 11 years service in the Canadian military, released last year due to PTSD. Looking for a place to connect with familiar surroundings, and people. I find being a civillian is a great strain on my life. I hope to find answers or solutions to problems I am having or even ways to cope with issues. Looking forward to chatting with many of you!

Welcome! I am also new here. These guys know a lot about this disorder, and they always seem willing to help talk you through a problem. If you need more research on PTSD, you can also check out Anthony's (Generic) other site at ptsdforum.org .Tons of info there, about every aspect of PTSD. He started this place to help out other veterans.
