Welcome to the forum Flippsieflipper or flipp as a nickname. You are not the only one on the forum who has gone through a car accident. Those members will probably stop by to welcome you. In the meantime, take time to read a few articles or posts. You may find some interesting threads that will be meaningful to you and your experience.

Welcome Flippsie.... my husband had whiplash, car accident. I slow motion replay my car accident... I had one at 21... and look for things I could have done differently. Nothing. No option. I like to sing, but have some difficulty being in a choir (though I do try from time to time). Glad you're here.

One important thing to add i have Autism with Learning Disabilities. I were diagnosed with dyspraxia although I were told i grew out of but i find u cant grow out of but symptoms get easier.

What makes it hard for you to be in a choir? In our choir in England you don't have to be able to read music, and no auditions required but as long as your enthusiastic and committed, and keen to sing in choir then there is no problem.

I have allergies that affect my throat at times... and I am still a bit uncomfortable in a large group. I can manage this during the days, but when I'm tired and not feeling very well... I am a tenor, and I am the only woman tenor in the group. Still chipping away on that one. I am more comfortable with larger groups of women.
