First of all, I probably came off as some jerk making fun of you. I'm sorry for that. I was just caught off guard because of the long title, and then the short post. I really hope that you find what you're looking for here-support is great.

Also, when you feel more ready, it might be helpful to start a trauma diary. You could make it private for just you and the admin to read if you don't feel ready to share with us all.

You don't really need to go into your trauma at first either. There are several threads such as "the association thread: a turn away from dissociation" "three words for a change" "the pets thread" that are all just fun and have nothing really to do with trauma.

Welcome to the forum. And don't be scared to get involved. We all know how hard it was at first. :)
