Hey y'all I'm Emily and I'm new as you just read :)!
I never thought about joining a thread or dealing with or helping others with ptsd online, but a great friend of mine told me about this site so thought id give it a try!
If any one has help or tips for when their ptsd happens please let me know!
I stopped every outlet i had to calm down and due to no insurance, don't seek therapy anymore so I'm on my own and lord knows its stressful!
