Hi I'm new here, hoping to find answers like everyone else. I'm a female Veteran 12 Years, US Army, Croatia, Kosovo and Kuwait. PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Yay just found out I have fibromyalgia, SUPER! Just here trying to make sense of things.

Hey tnkgqrl, welcome to the forum. My wife has fybromyalgia, but just be careful as there are so many symptoms associated with PTSD (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress) can be similar to and mimic fybromyalgia. When she was going through the diagnosis, she thought it sounded like me.

I am not discrediting you, but a lot of doctors diagnose fybromyalgia when they have no idea whats going on. lol.

Welcome to the forum. I have fybro as well. Near constant pain for no obvious reason, noise and light sensitivity, etc.

Thanks for the welcome, I've had the aches and pains for years light/noise sensitivity for years as well, the diagnosis actually makes sense. My best friends mom had it too and I talk to her a lot about the "normal" feeling that go along with this curse.
