Hello everybody, my name is Sam.

I served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a paratrooper and in special operations. I have been deployed to multiple locations in the Middle East including Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, etc. for combat roles. I was diagnosed with PTSD immediately after my service ended a few years ago, but have not sought out help, yet,

I hope to learn a lot from all of you, and hope to let the healing begin.
