Night Gown

Flashback about a nightgown Step Dad got me in February when I was around 14. He was mad I didn't like it. I said "what's this for?" He knew what I was asking then he said "oh st*t "trying" this isn't even sexy"! I made the major mistake of wearing it. :cry: :cry: :cry: I've flashed back to this three times today. I keep regrounding but im getting tired.

Obviously there is more to this flashback, it doesn't just end with me wearing the thing. But I can't go there even though my mind keeps going there.

Sounds awful! Be extra nice to yourself today and do lots of self care while you process. Remind yourself that it's in the past. You survived the event, the memory can't hurt you.
