I'm a supporter, not a sufferer, so I hope you don't mind my posting here. my husband has ptsd and he is seeing someone about it for the first time this week. I think he is really worried about it as he doesn't like talking about his past. he is afraid to remember some things, as he has done well to block out details. Anyways, this past week he had a terrible nightmare. Well he was really scared. he was staring at himself. Sounds like nothing more happened.
Just wondering if there are any related nightmares or any thoughts on what that is about.
