Nighttime Panic Attacks

I have meditations on repeat, so if I wake up with a jolt, I know I am safe.
I also have used a picture of a favourite flower and that really helped. I would stare at it.

I watched soft car accidents with bass sound. Industrial accidents with machines that break. Zillions lost because a wire was on the wrong place. I find there is a hypnotic satisfaction in these images and sounds of silly catastrophe (I don’t like the ones where people are injured or so, that’s why I keep it strictly on the machines). It makes my brain go to sleep, completely blank. Playlists with random funny/absurd stuff on youtube.

Or also I go to another room and write rantings until I’m so tired I don’t even remember what I’m writing about. Then bed. Will try the breathing stuff though.
