Nocturnal Anxiety Attacks

I have this problem and like some others I tend to wake up at 4 am to flashbacks. One thing that has been helping is being sure to take whatever meds or supplements I need during the day right before bed. The other is having a large hoard of over the counter sleep aids near my bed (mostly natural). I try to rotate what I take, though some nights I end up taking all of them in small quantities.
