oddly this works for me when I need to go to sleep and cant.. I turn every light in my house off, I lay in bed get as comfortable as possible then I close 1 eye and sqrint the other till I barely have it open and can see my digitial clock, then every so often I tell myself in my head that I wont go to sleep, I blink every so often just to make the light off clock as dim as possible, before I know it the alarm is going off and I've had a lil bit of sleep in me. good luck
