Omg - A Member For 5 Years

I just realised I have been a member of this fabulous community for 5 years.

It's been a journey of learning and breaking down the glass wall to understand PTSD within a relationship...

And then sharing and supporting others with what I had learned. I have made some fabulous friends and believe in the purpose of this forum. While I don't post much at present I still enjoy watching people come, grown, learn and while sad, I love it when members leave being strong enough to manage their own lives with PTSD in it. :)

Loading photos is the same as adding or changing your avatar. There are size requirements and info I believe at the help desk section. Try doing some on the testing thread.

Thankyou so much. This forum has been the most helful in coping with PTSD and walking on after my trauma diary. The two of you give so much unselfish assistance to others which is refreshing to see in an often self centred world.
