Hi everyone!
I’m a French cisgender hetero guy, from France.
I've been diagnosed with CPTSD a few years ago and I've been trying to learn about it and to heal since then.

I’m creative and curious, I love to learn about life and people. I like to see beauty in the small things. I enjoy , movies, video games, philosophy (especially ethics, metaphysics, absurdism and existentialism), psychology and science.

I haven't found any support group in my country so I'm relying on international ones for now.

I hope to find a supportive community here and I'm looking for advice and to connect with people who can relate to my struggles!

hello soulseeker. welcome to the forum. sorry for what brings you here, but glad you are here.

on my own healing journey, i hold this as the best resource available. psychology remains an infant science with entirely too many juvenile assumptions. creative curiosity and attention to those small things needed.

I hope to find a supportive community here and I'm looking for advice and to connect with people who can relate to my struggles!

i keep that appreciation of small things front and center in my own search for supportive community. we don't need identical lives and preferences to support one another on our respective healing journeys. au contraire, i find that the more diversity of perspective i add to my healing toolbox, the stronger my recovery.

but that is me and every case is unique. just sharing in hopes of welcoming you to my healing network.
