Online Chat Active

As people seem to want an online solution to chat with others immediately, I have setup a standing chatroom through a third party provider, linked from the left column here, so that members can get together as a group if they desire.

I do not endorse the chatroom, I do not monitor it. Use at own risk. It is simply a way that all can chat without software downloads, special bits and pieces, etc etc.

I have now changed the chat so it is hosted back here on the forum, but still not monitored and very basic. I do not support it or provide help for it.

When I get home I am going to update it, as I found a more recent version of the chat which is a little better than the current. Once I update it I will notify. Once updated, I believe that if you register your name after the update, then nobody else will be able to use that name, ie... it is password protected to you then, so when I do it and register myself, nobody will be able to be Anthony except me, Nicolette, etc. If you don't register your name once upgraded, then people could pretend to be you, etc. Again, I don't monitor it nor endorse it.... it is a tool for people to use if they choose.

I have now updated the chat to the current version, which gives a little better usability. You must register to use it from the chat homepage. Again, I do not monitor or endorse anything that goes on within the chat. Have fun with it and enjoy.

Those who experienced viewing error messages should hopefully not see them now, as they where just access priveleges for the system to write the logs. I have fixed that issue and should be better now.

Found an even better chat... cost bugger all and integrates with vbulletin data, meaning you login with your forum username and password without having to do anything. Loading it up now and has much less issues than the last nasty version, so I believe. Fingers crossed.

Hi I went on chat and typed one sentence and sent it and then it wouldn't let me type anything else. anuyone have any ideas? I'm not very computer literate. Thanks
