You are invited to take part in a research study which explores the relationship between attachment and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder symptoms. We hope by exploring this relationship we will be better able to understand factors that may make symptoms worse, or factors that may improve symptoms.

Who is eligible to take part?
To be eligible you must:
¨ Be over 18 years of age
¨ Have a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
¨ Be under the current treatment of a practitioner
¨ Have a pet
¨ Have basic reading skills

What do you have to do?
If you answered YES to all of the eligibility criteria, then you are invited to undertake the following steps:

2. Read the information page
3. Complete the online survey questions

Your participation is voluntary, anonymous and confidential. The survey should only take up to 30 minutes of your time. The information sheet provides further information.

I participated in the survey and found it interesting.

I did find some aspects difficult.
I am single and a number of questions were related to a current/past/potential partner.
Some questions expanded over two answer lines when there was only one question.
