When you're overwhelmed and in need of support what do you do where do you turn?

I have my blog that I write in that I use as a vent. I also have a friend that has PTSD as well and we can talk with each other.

Well you're on the forum... that's what I do. Or I email or contact a peer... the third option is self examination and getting down to root cause, what the thoughts/beliefs are and what I can do about it to fix it.

If you have no one around you that you can turn to, then the forum is the best place to be....
