Lol, I don't know if he will send one or not. If he does, he should be the one to discuss it. I've never given the man a card.

I can't think why it would be a problem. Should be no different than sending a card to anyone else you have a professional relationship with. To show them you appreciate what they do for you.

What would be inappropriate however. If instead of sending a card, you send them a fruitcake. That is a very cruel thing to do to someone. :sneaky:

I would request reading the card first, if he should send it. This way you can see what if anything he says that you should know about. I agree sending a fruit cake would be crass though!

My husband would tell me what he wrote, and if he did send one, T would share it with me. It would likely be all in good fun. That's how we roll.
