Sheila, you almost always get up either on time or even early. You have always been an early riser. Little Sheila, you even got to enjoy cartoons on Saturday mornings while everyone else in the house slept. It was then that you would fold everyone's clothing for them and then later, when they were awake, you would neatly put it all away into their dressers for them. You were such a good little girl!

@Ms Spock you have worked your butt off doing trauma therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, Exercise and then working on deepening all these practices! Well done! You keep just doing it everyday, waiting for it all to normalise. You are very brave!
