After seeing my T yesterday, she told me how I did let down my guard while dealing with a health crisis.

I took a risk as I needed support and it wasn't received by this one person that I was reaching out to as she was not able to give back the support that I needed at the time.

I compliment myself on learning the lesson with this person and that although I did take the risk, I did learn something from it about me and this other person.
