Wow, that's really serious. I know you don't want to move so soon but it's probably the safest thing to do if the landlord doesn't kick him out. Otherwise, I suggest putting a security camera in your room and one that would catch someone peeping in the window. If you can get some proof you could probably get him kicked out. Also, I hate to say something to make you even more hyper-vigilant but I think I need to. I suggest you check your room for hidden cameras. Especially, has he ever given you anything that you put in your room? I say this from personal experience with a creepy roommate. Good luck!
