I am so sorry for what you are going through. PTSD is a monster in itself , feeling isolated by friends, family, and society while fighting that monster must be hell. I am going to ask you a question that I myself hate being asked , but, by chance are there any sort of support groups near you ? I'm guessing that PTSD would be a far stretch for a group given the info in your post, but MAYBE one for anxiety disorders or even a depression group? Even finding a support group that could help with one of the many ugly faces of PTSD might not only help you internally for that specific problem, but more importantly the possibility of finding others who have PTSD who could be a good support.
