This morning i woke up having a panic attack and left my therapist a message. On sunday everything goes into a 4 week lock down. I asked if my therapist could still see me as many therapist at her clinic will be working from home. She called me back in the hour of me leaving the message. She thanked me for phoning and not sitting on my anxiety for a week. Also I told her how i felt after i left the session last week on dissociation. She is going to help me and no matter how long it takes she will be there and not give up on me. That was a big fear of mine. So I feel allot better.
