Had time to kill - took a walk and photo hunted

I started to actually like spring and summer a couple of years ago when I could get out and photograph animals. Something to look forward to this year.

This is my first post here but I thought it’d be a good start to post a picture of something that means a lot to me.
This picture is from the neighborhood where my grandmother and grandfather had their summer house. It’s also the place where I spent most of the summer when I was little

I am so thankful to live 5 miles from this beautiful lake and state park. This was taken one beautiful morning in Feb from my SUP (stand up paddleboard).
