Amazing shots. Hello lil birdy! Not sure if i asked before but what kind of camera are you using? I am thinking of saving up for a non-phone camera, like a Nikon. I went to print some pics from my phone at store but it did not look great once enlarged to 8x10. It be great if you can share what you are using so i know what to consider getting in the future. ?

That's hilarious @shatter eyes! Is that at a beach? ?

The Human sign is at campus near student housing and the turtle mural is in the city beside once upon a time there was a Dairy Queen. Now the building is gone ?

Well a lot of my pictures are with the Canon 6D and a 100 - 400 lens. But these cameras and lenses can get expensive. Years ago I shot some of my best pictures with the Canon PowerShot series. Cheeper and very easy to use. Some of the best pictures I’ve seen taken by a very talented friend of my wife’s are with the Nikon Coolpix series. If you’re just new to photography the B500 or the B600 are great cameras. These are called superzoom cameras. One lens and easy to use. My best advice is to go to a good camera store and have them help you out. But don’t buy more than you need to start. Hope this helps some.

Once again, I'm in awe of the "kodak moments" shared here. Thanks again and again for sharing your momentary views. ?

I always excitedly feel like I'm about to walk through a cloud when the low-lying fog rolls in like it did this evening, but it didn't get as intense as I expected...

Chickpea flourless chocolate chip blondies (notice one is missing for quality control purposes) and banana/oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie yumminess was lovingly crafted in the kitchen today as part of my domestic goddess chores (lmao)...with some beet juice, dried cranberries, applesauce, and spaghetti squash waiting in the wings to be next in the recipe scene...

Spaghetti squash is the best! I've made something very similar to those cookies in the past too, @Tornadic Thoughts :)
The blondies look delicious, too. Would you mind sharing the recipe?
Btw your fog photo is stunning, I can never seem to get fog to show in a photo, but then I'm only ever using my phone camera so that's probably it. But the whole thing, including the way you've composed the image and all the different horizontal 'layers' is really beautiful.

In early 2018 we took a trip to Panama. Rented a car and spent just over a month driving through the country. I’ll post a few pictures in days to come of some of the highlights.

This is a Capuchin monkey. We’re way back in the jungle on Gatun lake and if you spot them in the trees and pull in close to shore they will come down. Of course they know the turistas usually have a banana or two. We didn’t disappoint them.

And then there’s always that guy who takes the money and runs...lol.

Awww....it's so nice to see monkeys that aren't on my back for a change, @Fahrenheit451 . lol

Thank you, @bellbird . I was in the middle of making dinner last night and looked up and saw the fog rolling in, so I turned all the burners down, grabbed the camera, and ran outside. Glad I did since it was gone almost as quickly as it arrived.

Here's the recipe for the chickpea blondies:

Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies | Ambitious Kitchen

I grease the baking dish with coconut oil rather than using a spray, and often substitute sunflower seed butter for the peanut butter. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do if you decide to make 'em. I try to plan making them on days I know I'm heading out so I can share them....otherwise, I'll definitely overindulge.

Below is a pic of some visual reminders that aid me daily in trying to stay in the self-care zone....remembering to mindfully and healthily fuel this meat coated skeleton I reside in....remembering to feed my brain sounds and vibrations that benefit and nurture my be-ing....and remembering to find my flavors of calm among the various forms of chaos I encounter within myself and while among others....not nearly as easy as it sounds....lol...may you all have a kind day....
