Research Please Help Me In My Ptsd Research

Hi!
I don't suffer from PTSD myself, but for school my classmate and I are working on quite a big assignment about PTSD. We are both very interested in psychology etc.
In our assignment we need to do a survey, you could really help me by filling in this form!

I filled it out. A bit difficult, seeing as the instructions language isn't English. But since I've filled these things out before, wasn't too time consuming/wrapped up in instructions.

Thanks for filling it in! Indeed the instructions apparently stayed in dutch.
Overige means 'other' (and when that is stated, please explain yourself)

I'm curious, what school are you doing it for?

I would like to add this. General mental health care (GGZ in the Netherlands) hasn't helped me as much as alternative methods I've explored on my own, such as mindfulness, meditation, exercise and yoga. When you go to the doctor they will refer you to the general mental health care immediately, so you end up in a "professional circuit" that might not be that helpful at all. In my opinion, they should inform sufferers about the alternatives. But that goes for any disease, we have a rather narrow-minded health care system...
