This is my first time on this site. I wanted to connect with people who experience PTSD or childhood/adulthood abuse. I feel really alone in all this, it would be nice to know that I am really not all alone.

Thank you. It is a struggle sometimes when I am having those episodes. I am very happy to have found this forum. I am taking small steps in this journey.
