Bad abusive childhood..started 7mos old,,stuck metal coat hanger in tongue.."fight/flight/startle response" messed up my life...nothing good came from it cept my 5 children.. I never got love,,so hard for me to give..It was easy for my children.. The rest ,an abusive hubby..He went thru mess to..I have been searching for help,,not pills.I finally found RobertSmith thru Mercola...He is faster eft...I watched his videos for mos before even trying..I fig him a quake..I did try it & noticed a change....I kept watching his videos & learned a lot..We carry so much crap inside..Im working hard to "let it go".. You feel it,where it is,then tap,then let it go..some are hard to let go ,ause of the deepness. I stil have more..Im feeling beter each day..Issues do come up,even though you mite thin same issue..
No. Once gone its gone..sometimes I don't know its gone..I still have many issues to deal with..Just found this one..So,Im tapping away....I hope one day Ill be free..I really hate this feeling.. Thank you..

Sorry to hear you had such a terrible time.
