Sufferer Ptsd (depression)

I am not currently on any medication for my anxiety/panic .

I have just about got my medication for the depression sorted . I am seeing my doctor on the 28 December and i hope to get some thing for my panic/anxiety then .

I just like to say a merry Christmas to every one for tomorrow and I hope everything go's well.

Welcome to the forum mate, let me suggest you get some medication, but also look into getting into someone who actually specialises in treating PTSD. I put off doing so for ages and I regret every minute I wasted.

Thanks I am currently on medication for my depression and I have been on a therapy group for about 4 weeks now.

I will be seeing a specialist in PTSD in the future but at the minute the main thing is to keep me stable before I start dealing with what happened in the past.

Welcome to the forum. I have heard that a ruptured disk can be very painful and quite debilitating....I think that alone could cause depression. PTSD added in certainly adds another aspect to the depression. I am glad you found the forum and believe you will find some great support here.

I wish you well in your healing, both for your back and your PTSD.
