Prior to your girlfriend's diagram, had you been diagnosed? It sounds like you have a good girlfriend. I know it's been really tough on the women I've benn involved with. I wish I had an intimate to support me. I hope that you have what it sounds like you might and that you keep her for support. I wish I could have kept the one that tried to help me. While I had it, it helped a lot.
On another note, fight for yourself and what you have, it's easy to get lost in this and lose everything. Having nothing but PTSD is a very lonely and difficult life.
Have you done the EMDR yet, I'd be interested to know because I, too, am looking for this to end for me so that I can live a normal , or as normal as possible, life. This one isn't working .
