Ptsd Nos And Anxiety And Or Social Anxiety

As I recall, When I was diagnosed with PTSD I was diagnosed with PTSD NOS. Yesterday and now today, I noticed as I was doing the chore of cleaning the deli lobby (which is not at the same level as the deli cooking and serving area, it's above on a second level.

Anyway, I noticed that my anxiety is escalating, especially when I am around several people. Oddly though, when I am in the deli I don't seem to recall having this symptom. I also noticed it strong on the bus and after I changed buses until I got to my stop and walked home.

Does it sound like I am developing social anxiety, or is my stress so high that's affecting my anxiety level or maybe something else? anyone need further clarification?

Continuing this thread; I notice that maybe this is a panic Attack. Since I am new at understanding PTSD, I am wondering if what I am experiencing is from a combination of increase in my work hours and the stress load that came with this? Anyway, I am hoping someone will read and comment on this thread.

Is it the same people or just random people?

If I am tired/stressed etc I do find being around people harder.

I'm new to all the terms and I'm not yet sure what anxiety is, so I don't want to risk making uninformed comments.

So is the anxiety worse in crowds or unfamiliar people and better around people/places you know?

I've had anxiety and panic attacks for years. I thought I was getting a handle on them till my latest trauma. Now there back stronger and more frequent. Hardest thing for me is figuring out what triggers them.

@Geordie are you having any new nightmares or flashbacks along with this? Any new body reactions that may give you a clue as to what is coming up now? Do you ever recall feeling this feeling before and if so can you mention when that was?
