Publishing Poetry

Hey everyone
I haven't posted in a really long time i guess life gets in the way sometimes as i am a busy mum to a four and seven year old so free time is virtually non existent at times!
So the reason for my post is I really enjoy writing poetry in regards to surviving sexual assault and living with ptsd. I find not only does it help me in the healing process i get comfort in the possibility
they might help others also. I have quite a few on here feel free to check them out:) I really would like to get my poems published so i was hoping it anyone would know how i would go about this? Iv been looking around online but havent really got anywhere as of yet :( Could anyone recommend a good publisher or has any one had their poems published? Would love to here from you :inlove:

I don't know how a British author law works on this and you'd have to check that up, although would it be possible for you to publish online for a while (multiple platforms for that & rather welcoming of personalized accounts as survival stories / poetry) and accept payment via PayPal, then contacting publishers about in print publishing (after also establishing a reader base)?

Have you considered publishing poems as an e-book, also? Way faster distribution to the readers & a way of recommending to each other if not anything else.
