Is it okay to push yourself when you are having a panic attack? Can it hurt you?

For example, say that I am in the middle of something and I get an attack, can i just try to ignore it and keep going? When I feel like I'm going to faint or pass out and force myself to finishing shopping, is this dangerous?

Can things like this be done? Is there ever a way to just get use to the attacks and fight whats fighting you?
 
I used relaxation techniques, breathing techniques and grounding techniques. I don't anymore. I find that distracting myself or making the panic attack go away has not helped me at all. My biggest thing is for me is that I never wanted to learn to live with them. I wanted to get rid of them. I found a brilliant website that has helped me so much.

By what you said about to just keep going through while having a panic attack I think this might be a really good site for you. It's called panic away and I highly recommend it. It has honestly changed my life
