Is it okay to push yourself when you are having a panic attack? Can it hurt you?
For example, say that I am in the middle of something and I get an attack, can i just try to ignore it and keep going? When I feel like I'm going to faint or pass out and force myself to finishing shopping, is this dangerous?
Can things like this be done? Is there ever a way to just get use to the attacks and fight whats fighting you?
