Bluelilly82, I hope you were able to get the help you needed. Sometimes the only person I feel able to talk to is my therapist. Probably because I believe them to be mostly neutral. What I say won't effect them. That being said, there are resources online to help you. I know, when my depression was at it's worse, I was able to google some sites to find some sort of connection. Of course, it is important to make sure that the sites are legit and helpful. That is how I came across this site. I find this site very easy to navigate, which lessens some of the stress. Mostly, I find the people on here very helpful, and, if anything, willing to listen, offer help if needed, offer experiences. Also, look around your area for helpful support. You may find this in your telephone book or local paper. Sometimes there are meetings you can attend that you may find helpful. Reach out to your church, if you are a member. If you are in school, there are resources there. I know it can be difficult to reach out, but it could be important to do that for when your therapist is gone again.
These are all suggestions. I'm sure others may have more. Hope you find one that works for you.
