we spoke about nightmare i keep having me brad on train station and i get brad on train and that iturn to get case door shut brad is crying really upset and no one is oohelping him she thinks that brad is me when iwas growing up
anf that i was cryign out for help but no noe would help
we spoke about how family reacted when it come out i said my cousion took me out broguht me clothes and nan gradnad took me some sho in london and that she thinks it was like that because guilty
that they hadn t seen it
we spoek what it wa s like before i said i dont no i dont ever rember b4 the abuse she asked howi been this week i tld i have found it really hard this week and shut my self away had to keep my self busy so i dotn self harm andshe wat me to try and have bath bit bit cooler than i do as not good for me to have really hot bath
she asked if i get nervous because of fiddling even if we talkign abut weter i said yea it because i talking i find relly hard sh has given me her m obile nmber o i can contact her if i need to in week
she said he manliputed me in every way as it wasnt just in house it was also outside the house
she seems really ncie
she has some fiddel toys that i can use in sted of twistign my clothes

Get a pot of play-doh, really cheap on eBay worked wonders for me i play with it the whole session :)

Good to hear she is really nice. She sounds concerned you not be manipulated or left alone in your pain when you are crying for help. It sounds like the nightmare you are having is pretty scary and you feel abandoned by others in it. I hope you will get the support from her and support here that you feel heard. I hope it will get easier for you to not shut yourself away and easier to not hurt yourself and easier to be with others in ways they show themselves safe. Take good care there
