A little background story is that me and my boyfriend are a part of the same organization of churches. A lot of my trauma was centered around an experience at my church. So I started looking at the church's beliefs critically and I realized there is a lot I don't agree with.
Me and my boyfriend are on different ends of the spectrum. He believes girls should wear skirts 24/7. I think modesty is important but that girls don't have to constantly be in skirts. I feel like I wear them all the time for him. I don't like wearing them 24/7.
We have tried to talk about it, and he says I can't change what the bible says. Is this him being controlling even if it's his religious beliefs?
