@Fadeaway, yes, that is exactly it. I don't know how old you are and depending on how disconnected your body is (I don't feel tired, pain etc), it eventually caught up to me. I was super woman, mother of 5, entrepreneur, heavily into sports, always (and I mean always) on the go. My body finally gave out on me. Distraction is a good thing in the moment but it could catch up.
I had to learn how to allow the distraction to go and was forced to face the demons that I didn't even know existed. It is a slippery slope and it is normal actually to feel uncomfortable when in relaxed mode. That is when the subconscious clicks in. So maybe take it slowly if you can so you are not overwhelmed?
